- Yes, we are an online bakery that offers shipping outside of Nevada. We are not international.

Is your bakery allergen-free?
- Cookies and Bliss products are made by hand using shared equipment which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. We are not an allergen-free bakery.
Are your cookies gluten-free?
- No.
Are your cookies vegan?
- No.
Are your cookies organic?
- Our matcha powder is organic, and our eggs are pasture-raised. Our sugars are pure granulated cane sugars, but not labeled as "organic" by the C&H brand. Additionally, we use unbleached all-purpose flour by the King Arthur brand. Our sprinkles are plant-based, and we source the highest quality for all of our ingredients including our vanilla and citrus extracts from their direct sources: Tahitian vanilla beans; and fresh, whole citrus fruits, respectively.
How fresh are your cookies?
- We make them the same day an order is placed. Then, we package them individually in clear, food-safe and heat-sealed bags to maintain freshness for travel.
Can I reheat your cookies?
- Our cookies can be eaten at any temperature but in case you want them warm, reheat our cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or a reusable silicone baking mat) in your oven at 350 degrees F for 2-3 minutes. Allow them to cool briefly because they will be incredibly soft to touch. View how to store your cookies here!
